The ship soared over the waves through the plumes of water playing. She was sea bound but in another life time she was kin to the earth and soil. She played with the butterflies darting in and round the fields of flowers.
Abruptly the ship awoke, her galley was in a state of unrest. A spot of cleaning was due. A whisk and a flip of the mop and broom soon shined the the brass adorning her mast.
Everyone has a mother and the little ship has one too. She was created in a dream and she was an idea in the mind of her Mother. She became a ship that soared and danced on top of the waves of the sea.
The wind started blowing again, and with it came the stomping of 8 sets of hooves and a sleigh. Santa landed on the desk of the ship bringing greens, reds and a bit of holly which was wrapped around the rails and the mast of the little ship.
And Christmas was halted by a transparent image sneaking its frigid path through the planks and walls of the little ship. It howled and froze all who stepped in its way. Terrified the little ship plowed its way though the dark waves.
What will happen next??? Will the little ship make it ?????
